The beef is from our Red Poll herd, organic, grass fed, hung for 3-4 weeks and delicious! This is the beef of old England, well marbled and extremely good for you as our animals are not fed on corn. We butcher one beast a month and will deliver to customers at Chilmark in the thrid and fourth weeks of each month.
